Welcome to Our creative and clinical home of Healing

Trauma survivor & Your Occupational Therapist

My name is Whitney (she, her, hers).

I have created a space where I take the practice of occupational therapy (OT) and blend it with personal story, progressive healing, and embodied empowerment through movement.

I specialize in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.

My practice style, however, extends far beyond orthopedic outpatient care.

Here with me, OT is more:

– A nervous system approach.
– A creative outlet.
– A place to reclaim meaning and identity.
– A movement-forward path for those who are ready to heal on their own terms.
